We are currently hiring experienced After Effects Compositors to work alongside our tight-knit team of artists in producing high quality VFX and Animation content.

• Compositing CG renders and assembling shots in After Effects.
• Responsible for creating high quality digital composites and visual effects; seamlessly integrating the various layers of a shot.
• Work on both fully animated and live action VFX projects.
• Perform tasks such as paint out, roto, clean up, tracking, color correction, motion graphics, assembly of live action and digital elements.
• Receive and implement feedback quickly and effectively.
• Final exports and delivery of shots.

• Expert knowledge of After Effects with 3+ years professional experience as a compositor.
• Experience with Photoshop, Premiere, Nuke a plus.
• Experience with tracking software is a plus.
• Strong eye for design, photorealism, real world physics principles.
• Knowledge of live action principles such as camera focal length, framerates, resolutions, color space, etc.
• Intimate knowledge of file formats and codecs.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure in a fast paced commercial turnaround environment.
• Familiarity with basic production tools such as Dropbox, Google Suite, Slack.
• Ability to take direction from supervisors / creative directors.

We are currently hiring CG Generalists who possess a superior level of ability in animation, modeling, rigging, texturing, shading, lighting and rendering. The candidate should have a strict sense of detail and organization while also driven to work with a team and collaborate artistically.

• Modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering hard-surface CG objects, along with basic animation.
• Quickly concept and execute 3D renderings and designs to supplement creative pitches.
• Layout a scene and create previs animation to supplement editors in the early stages of projects.
• Execute a broad range of 3D styles from photo-real VFX to illustrative character work.
• Able to solve creative problems using simple, efficient techniques, share ideas with teammates, and iterate rapidly based on client notes.

• 2+ years of professional 3D Generalist experience.
• Strong & thorough understanding of VFX, design, and animation pipeline.
• Knowledge and expertise in 3d software. Maya + Redshift is ideal.
• Strong foundation and understanding of the principles of design. 
• Aesthetic quality and technical expertise of the highest level.
• Knowledge of live action camera principles such as focal length, framerates, sensor size, etc.
• Familiarity with basic production tools such as Dropbox, Google Suite, Slack.
• Experience working in a quick turnaround commercial environment.
• Provide samples of work and/or portfolio.

We are currently hiring Designers with strong typography and layout skills to help elevate the brand message through all visual communications online and offline. This person will need to be a self-starter who can set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently and collaboratively.

• Creating styleframes for animation concepts and pitches to clients.
• Working with the animation team to create designs for commercial and entertainment projects.
• Developing pitch decks and presentations for marketing and new business.
• Help create content, assets, and layouts for Warm & Fuzzy social accounts and marketing.
• Create and maintain case studies for the Warm & Fuzzy website.
• Help to develop the overall Warm & Fuzzy brand.
• Conceive, craft, and execute innovative ideas on time and on strategy.
• Develop best practice trending content/design techniques.
• Continually survey and discuss social media, digital and cultural trends and happenings.

• Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, Google Slides. After Effects experience is a plus.
• A solid portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and creativity.
• A well-developed understanding of template-making, color theory, typography, and can tie each of these elements together with obsessive attention to detail.
• Excellent grasp of current design trends and animation principles.
• Previous experience at an agency, design studio, or high end consumer brand preferred.
• Understanding of web UI & UX is a plus.
• Traditional or digital painting, illustration, and/or sculpture experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic production tools such as Dropbox, Google Suite, Slack.
• Able to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
